The August 1st 1973 letter threatened to kill somebody from the Albany Medical Center on August 10th at 5.00 pm during a shift change, although nothing materialized from this threat.
Inevitable links will be made with Darlene Ferrin and her husband James Phillips- he worked for the Albany Times-Union newspaper in the same building as occupied by the Albany Knickerbocker News, forever connected to Zodiac suspect Richard Gaikowski.
However, they moved there in 1966, seven years prior to the mailing of this correspondence, so the link is tenuous at best.
